Our group is dedicated to highlighting the importance of ethical values and the humanisation of care provided by nurses and other health professionals to the population. We seek to be a reference in research on key aspects such as the humanisation of care and end-of-life care.
Our lines of research are:
Integrated end-of-life care: focus on palliative care.
Bioethics applied to care in the health system.
Burnout, quality of life and well-being of health professionals in the APHS.
Compassion, self-compassion and compassion fatigue in healthcare professionals.
